Last updated: July 22, 2026
1. Using the service
You may use Orbit Guardian only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for limiting access to people you trust.
Features can change, pause, or be removed while we improve reliability, safety, and usability.
2. Accounts and circles
You are responsible for activity that takes place through your account and for the people you invite into your circles. You should only share another person's information when you have the right and consent to do so.
If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us promptly so we can help secure it.
3. Subscriptions and trials
Orbit Guardian offers Orbit Free, Orbit Family, and Orbit Unlimited plans. Prices, free trials, and feature availability may vary by region and platform. Billing terms, renewal timing, and cancellation details are presented before you confirm any purchase in the App Store.
Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID / App Store subscription settings. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law or App Store rules.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Orbit Guardian to stalk, harass, deceive, impersonate, or surveil people without appropriate notice and consent. We can suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the service or create safety risks.
You may not interfere with the service, reverse engineer protected components, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, data, or infrastructure.
5. Limitations
Orbit Guardian is designed to support awareness and communication, but it is not a guaranteed emergency response system. Connectivity, device state, permissions, battery level, and environmental conditions can affect performance.
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an as-available basis, and our liability is limited as described in the full platform or purchase terms presented to you.
